Terms of Use / End-User License Agreement

These terms govern use of Krinkov, the internal business operations application of Finished Goods International LLC ("Finished Goods"). Krinkov is proprietary software provided solely for the internal use of authorized Finished Goods personnel. By accessing it, you agree to these terms.

License and authorized use

Finished Goods grants authorized personnel a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use Krinkov for legitimate internal business purposes only. The application is not licensed or offered to the public or to any third party. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or provide access to anyone who is not an authorized user.

QuickBooks Online integration

Krinkov integrates with QuickBooks Online through Intuit's API to display our own financial data for internal reporting. The integration is read-only: it retrieves reports and transactions and never creates, edits, or deletes data in QuickBooks. Use of the integration is also subject to Intuit's applicable terms. Candy task-link texts

Candy is Finished Goods International LLC's optional phone assistant for authorized Krinkov users. When texting is available, you may request a task link at your registered mobile number during an authenticated call. Candy reads the disclosure below and asks for your agreement before sending. Each confirmed request sends one task link. Message frequency varies with your requests; there are no scheduled or marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to texts is optional and is not a condition of using Krinkov.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. After opting out, reply START to allow texts again; you must still request and confirm each task link on a call. Support and opt-out replies may generate a confirmation message. For support, contact info@finishedgoods.com. Delivery depends on carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Task links require Krinkov sign-in and permission to view the task. See our Privacy Policy for how mobile numbers and consent are handled.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Krinkov only for authorized business purposes, to keep your credentials confidential, and not to attempt to access data or functions beyond your authorization. Financial data in Krinkov is confidential business information and must not be disclosed outside the company.

No warranty

Krinkov is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Financial figures shown are for internal informational purposes and are not a substitute for official accounting records or professional advice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finished Goods is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the application.

Changes and termination

Finished Goods may modify or discontinue the application, or revoke access, at any time. These terms may be updated; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
