Privacy Policy

Krinkov is the internal business operations application of Finished Goods International LLC ("Finished Goods," "we," "us"). It is used only by Finished Goods personnel to run our own business. This policy explains what data the application handles, with particular attention to data accessed from QuickBooks Online through Intuit's API.

Who uses Krinkov

Krinkov is not a public or consumer product and is not offered to third parties. Access is restricted to authorized Finished Goods employees who sign in with an approved account. The finance features described below are restricted further, to a single authorized owner.

Candy task-link texts

Candy uses your registered mobile number to send a Krinkov task link only when you request and confirm that text during an authenticated phone call. Message frequency varies with your requests. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Phone-call transcripts and send records help document requests, consent, and delivery status.

We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We provide the destination number and message to Twilio and telecommunications providers as needed to deliver your requested text and handle opt-outs and support keywords. QuickBooks Online data we access

When an authorized owner connects our own QuickBooks Online company to Krinkov, the application accesses accounting data on a read-only basis for internal financial reporting. This includes:

• Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
• Purchase, bill, invoice, and payment transaction records.

Krinkov does not create, modify, or delete anything in QuickBooks. The integration has no write capability. We access only our own company's data, never any other party's.

How we use it

QuickBooks data is used solely to display internal financial reporting (profit and loss, expenses, balance sheet, and reconciliation against our own sales records) to authorized Finished Goods personnel. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or any automated decision-making, and it is never sold or shared with third parties.

Storage and security

• Data is stored in our private database (Supabase, hosted in the United States), encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.
• Intuit OAuth tokens are stored in a service-role-only table that no browser or end-user session can read; they are used only server-side to request reports.
• Cached financial reports are automatically purged after 90 days. Connection tokens are retained until the connection is disconnected or revoked.
• Access is enforced at multiple layers (authentication, an explicit owner allowlist, and database row-level security).

Disconnecting

The owner can disconnect the QuickBooks connection at any time from within Krinkov or from the QuickBooks "Connected Apps" settings in Intuit. Disconnecting stops all future access; stored tokens are invalidated and cached reports age out under the retention policy above.

Data retention and deletion

To request deletion of any stored data associated with the connection, contact us at info@finishedgoods.com and we will remove it.

Changes

We may update this policy as the application changes. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
